I'm looking for a manga which is set in a catacombs or a labyrinth, and the main character (and his/her band of sidekicks) journey through corridors.

I've read Blame!, which is good.

What about a dungeon? I think Dungeon Meshi should fit: the premise of the manga is the exploration of the dungeon, practically living there for a very long period of time.

King of Thorns deals with the protagonists waking up in an abandoned castle.
