70 Chapters + Prologue + Review (Complete)

... but isn't. I it I read this in one go and it felt much like a slice of life with drama that does happen in real life. But after finishing it I felt so unsatisfied. It wasn't about the ending or the conclusion but the whole story itself. As someone commented before, there's a lot of hiding from each other. And there's a limit to how much you can hide things and yourself from each other, when your direct environment is entangled so tightly. In the end every "turning point" felt really constructed and the story didn't have a natural flow. When I think about it, while a Drama shoud have drama, giving every freaking character a tragic backstory and more challenges to come is too over the top.
I still give it a 6 since it was easy to read and was written nicely, the art certainly helped, too.
It's one of these non-sensical stories..
The ones where the only way in which the plot moves along is for people to hide things.
Again and again. 😔
There is almost always a "reason", but it wasn't convincing enough for me.
Near the end you learn of the "big reasons" that explain the people's mindsets and possible reasons for acting a certain way at each point, but still not enough IMO!
It just goes to show that the heroes of this one are not the brightest out there.
So much distrust!!!
Almost nobody would reveal anything by themselves.. It was almost always discovered at some point and they had to act surprised every time somebody found something!
And if and when somebody revealed anything willingly, it was only when there was absolutely no more "room for wrigle" anymore..
short hiding list:
* that he's homeless and is sleeping in a clubroom
- that he went to her house
- that he re that they slept together in a drunken state
- that he obviously didn't use a condom
- that she found out she's pregnant
- that she's pregnant with the brother of her friend who she's living with FOR OVER 4 YEARS
- that her friend's husband knew, but he didn't tell anyone -his wife -the mother -the father
- that he had an accident
- .....
The list can really go on and on...
And they even involved the little kid in their way to secretively handle things... Nice example!
I'm not sure what I went into this expecting, but it exceeded all my expectations and is now one of my favorite webtoons.
The characters are all very realistic and well-written; I found myself sympathizing for, if not loving, every one of them. There is enough drama to keep the plot going but not so much that each misunderstanding is dragged out forever. It has the perfect mix of funny and heart-fluttering moments, and there were even some times where I shed a few tears... :'😉
Read it!!
Reading this without a break is totally worth it. authors should make more stories like this.
I re-read it 3 times in a row. Something I haven't done since original Matrix came out. I love the story so much that I searched other works by the artist and was disappointed to learn that there was none 😢
At first I thought it would be another annoying typical story (cause I have read a lot of story where the female lead gets pregnant and no one knows the father except her) but, this story is really a slice-of-life genre and more on the realistic side.
I hated a certain character but I could still understand their feelings since they got their own POV shown. It doesn't feel all flat and one sided. In the end I liked the character haha
To people who do not understand the actions of Ha-ni & try to invalidate her reasonings/actions, it shows that you are still pretty naive and can't empathise with the character. The reasons why some people react/do something is always dependent on how they were brought up + their personality. Ha-ni's reasonings are all revealed towards the end, so if you really want to know, don't give up reading on this and just finish it. 🙂
I read about half of this but I just cant get behind a female character who hides who the father of her baby is and ignores him for so long. That’s wrong and sort of evil unless he’s a bad man or something like that, which he isn’t, so there’s no point not to tell him except for the sake of having some drama. If something like this ever happened to me, I could never forgive the woman.
I found this series series very intense in some areas, not knowing whether it would have a good ending or a bad ending
I recommend this if you want a good romance series
I really love how realistic everyone is
Why in the world i didn't read this sooner
10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND
This is a very good slice of life/romance manhwa...
The cover is misleading cause there isn't an inch of ecchi in the story...
The plot is different and unpredictable...
It's so good that I'm going crazy while waiting for the next chapter...
I totally recommend reading this...
There are very endearing moments that would make my heart squeeze so tightly..
This is definitely a keeper!!!
