I'm looking for a special title. Unfortunately I can only one part of the story and a little bit more, not much. Sadly, I really want to know the title 🙁Well, here are some infos! w2v4

Genres: Shounen or seinen. I'm sure it wasn't smut, shoujo, adult, BL or GL, also no josei. It was most likely a shounen.

Art: Not particulary bad or good.

Part of the story: At least two more important characters find themselves with some other characters captivated. They get drugged and need to go outside and fight against other drugged people. There's a stage for it, and two people battle (with weapons I believe) against each other. The rich around them laugh and bet on these guys who think the other one is what they desire. I'm sure it was money for one of the fighters, not sure about the rest.
The people fighting and killing are very poor people who aren't important in the eyes of society. Also women, I believe.
And I think the two characters I mentioned before are searching for someone... not sure for whom though. I hope it rings a bell!

PS: I believed it to be HunterxHunter before. I reread it, but that wasn't it.

That's from Tales of Phantasia. The characters in the picture are super deformed versions of Chester Barklight and Cless Alvein.
